Hackathon Closing date extension
Good day Participants

The GirlCode Hackathon Submission date has been extended to 09 August 2024.
Teams that have advanced to the main event will be notified from the 9th of August going forward.
We would like to encourage teams to submit their presentations and/or demo videos as soon as possible, due to the limited number of teams we are able to have join us for the main hackathon events.

Hackathon Stage 1 Submission for Johannesburg - Now Closed
Dear Hackathon Participants,

We would like to inform you that the Stage 1 presentation submission window for Johannesburg has officially closed.
We will no longer be accepting stage 1 presentations from Johannesburg, however all other participating cities/countries in the hackathon can still submit their presentations.

We are writing to inform you of an important update regarding the submission deadlines for your presentations and demos.
Previously, we had a deadline set for presentations, but we have decided to remove this specific deadline to allow you more flexibility in finalizing your work.
However, we do require that your final presentation and demo be submitted by 19 July 2024. This will ensure that we have ample time to review and prepare for the showcase event.
