Apology for Miscommunication Regarding Hackathon Prize

I am writing to sincerely apologize for an error in the information provided about the hackathon prizes. It was incorrectly advertised that all participants would receive headsets as part of the prize package. Unfortunately, this information was inaccurate.I want to clarify that headsets are actually only awarded to the winning teams, not to all participants.

We understand that this may be disappointing and confusing, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this miscommunication has caused. We deeply regret the error and want to assure you that we are taking steps to prevent such mistakes in the future.
